Pricing in USD would create FX risk that we would have to hedge, and that cost would ultimately be passed on to you. By pricing in ZAR, we eliminate that risk entirely. Your software budget does not move when the rand moves. This is a principle, not just a feature.

RAG Studio ships Q4 2026. Agent Builder enters beta Q1 2027. You are not committing to a finished product — you are committing to a founding relationship. Founding customers get 70% off their first year (R5,999/month instead of R19,999/month for Growth), direct access to the founding team, and your real-world requirements shape the product roadmap. The risk is time, not money. If the product does not meet the agreed specifications, founding customers exit without penalty.

LLM inference (generating answers from retrieved documents) uses Anthropic Claude and optionally Google Gemini. However, all content is passed through our PII scrubber middleware before it leaves your organisational boundary within the platform. What is sent to the LLM API is redacted content, not raw personal information. Your documents are never stored by Anthropic or Google — the API receives only the inference request and returns a response. Both Anthropic and Google have enterprise data processing agreements that prohibit training on your data. Full details are in our Data Processing Agreement.

Monthly subscriptions are month-to-month with 30 days written notice for cancellation. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront with a 20% discount and are non-refundable except in cases of material product failure. Enterprise contracts are negotiated individually and typically include 60 or 90 day notice periods. On cancellation, your data is exported to you in a standard format and then securely deleted within 30 days per our data retention policy.

We do not offer a self-serve free trial. Instead, we offer a scoped proof of concept engagement through our services pricing — this gives you a production-ready implementation with your actual data and requirements, rather than a sandboxed demo that does not reflect your real environment. Yes. Growth and Enterprise tiers include SSO via SAML 2.0. We support Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Okta, Google Workspace, and any SAML 2.0 compliant identity provider. OIDC support is on the roadmap for Q1 2027. Starter tier does not include SSO — users authenticate directly via email/password with MFA.
