Six routes · One promise: a real human, on time

Talk to a person.
Not a sales pipeline.

sonofgraig is built and operated in South Africa. Every enquiry is read by a human, routed to the right specialist on the team, and answered within the SLA below. No call-centre, no offshore intermediaries. If it's a security issue you'll hear back within an hour. If it's a sales question, two business days. If it's a vague "we should chat", we'll figure out who should answer and we'll be honest about timing.

01 · Choose your route

Six paths. Pick the one that fits.

Different conversations need different specialists. The cards below route you directly to the team that handles your enquiry — sales for procurement, security for vulnerability disclosure, the Information Officer for POPIA, and so on. If you genuinely don't know which one fits, the form below routes for you.

2 business days
Path 01 · Procurement
Sales & subscriptions
Platform subscriptions, service engagements, fixed-scope quotes, B-BBEE certificates, supplier on-boarding documentation, and ZAR invoicing arrangements. We respond with a proposed scope, not just an acknowledgement.
sales@sonofgraig.com
8 business hours
Path 02 · Customer success
Technical support
For active platform customers and active service engagements. Bugs, agent tuning, retrieval issues, ingestion errors, billing questions, account changes. Growth-tier customers get business-hours response; Enterprise gets 1 hour.
info@sonofgraig.com
1 hour, 24/7
Path 03 · Critical
Security disclosure & incidents
Vulnerability reports, suspected breaches, abuse, suspicious access patterns, and any other security-sensitive matter. Reachable 24 hours a day. Reports are credited in our public security advisories where appropriate — we do not retaliate against good-faith research.
tumiso@sonofgraig.com
10 business days
Path 04 · POPIA & legal
Information Officer
POPIA data subject access requests, processing complaints, consent withdrawal, PAIA requests, and Data Processing Agreement queries. Routed directly to our Information Officer, registered with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
tumiso@sonofgraig.com
5 business days
Path 05 · Channel
Partnerships & resellers
Implementation partners, technology integrations, reseller arrangements, joint go-to-market across Africa, and analyst & press enquiries. The right starting point if you build complementary tooling or operate in a market we have not yet entered directly.
sales@sonofgraig.com

Path 06 · Build with us
Careers
Open roles for senior engineers and AI specialists building POPIA-native enterprise infrastructure from the ground up. Pretoria-based with hybrid options. We hire slowly and pay competitively in ZAR — our offer letters tend to compare favourably to the local market.

02 · General enquiry form

Or if you'd rather just send a message.

If you don't know which path fits, fill in the form below and we'll route it. Required fields are marked. We follow up by email by default; we will only call you if you ask us to. Your data is processed in af-south-1 under POPIA Section 11 (consent) and is not shared with third parties.

Send us a message

A real person will read this. The intake routes to the right specialist based on the topic you select. We respond by email unless you tell us otherwise.

We use work emails so we can verify the company.
Only if you want a call back.
Avoid pasting actual personal information — for POPIA-sensitive disclosures, email tumiso@sonofgraig.com directly.

05 · What happens after you write

Four steps. No surprises.

Whether you fill in the form, email an inbox directly, or apply for early access, the post-message process is the same. We will tell you where you are in the sequence each time we respond.

Step 01
Confirmation, immediately
An automated confirmation email is sent within seconds of submission, with a reference number and a copy of what you sent.
Step 02
Triage & routing, same day
A real person reads it, classifies it, and routes it to the right specialist. We will reach out for clarification only if the routing is ambiguous.
Step 03
Specialist response
A named team member responds with substance — a proposed scope, a meeting offer, a documentation link, an answer. Per the SLA for that topic.
Step 04
Discovery call, if relevant
For sales and service enquiries we propose a 30-minute discovery call to confirm fit and timing — no obligation, no pricing pressure.
06 · Frequently asked

Questions about talking to us.

Answers to the most common “before I send the email” questions. If yours isn't here, send the email anyway.

Will I be put on a marketing nurture sequence after enquiring?
No. Your enquiry is handled by the specialist for that topic, and the conversation runs as long as it needs to. We do not run automated drip campaigns. If you separately tick the newsletter checkbox, you will receive the weekly Insights newsletter and nothing else — you can unsubscribe with one click. Consent for marketing is recorded and POPIA Section 11 compliant.
Can we sign an NDA before discussing the details?
Yes. We have a standard mutual NDA we can send for signature within an hour. We are also happy to sign your standard NDA — legal will mark up unusual departures. Most enterprise procurement processes need an NDA in place before the discovery call, and we treat that as standard practice rather than a hurdle.
Are you B-BBEE certified and CIPC registered?
Yes — SonOfGraig Digital Solutions (Pty) Ltd is CIPC registered and B-BBEE certified. The B-BBEE spend certificate is issued per invoice. The PAIA Manual is published. The Information Officer is registered with the Information Regulator. All commercial documentation is available to your procurement team for supplier on-boarding via tumiso@sonofgraig.com.
Where is the contact form data stored?
In AWS af-south-1 (Cape Town) — the same region as the rest of our production infrastructure. Form submissions are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), retained for 24 months for follow-up purposes, and deleted on request. Submissions are not shared with third parties; sub-processors that touch this data (Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for edge protection) are listed in the public sub-processor register on our security page.
Do you take meetings on Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet?
All three. We default to Google Meet because it has the lowest setup cost for the prospect, but we accept any meeting platform your security team approves. Most enterprise security teams in South Africa default to Teams; we are comfortable with that. We will not record meetings without explicit consent. In-person meetings in Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Cape Town are available with one week's notice.
What happens if my enquiry is urgent and outside business hours?
Security disclosures are reachable 24/7 at tumiso@sonofgraig.com — on-call rotation, 1-hour response. Active Enterprise-tier customers reach 24/7 dedicated support via the channel agreed in the SLA — usually a private Slack Connect or a phone bridge. For non-urgent matters outside business hours, expect a response on the next business day in Pretoria.
We are a media outlet — how do we get in touch?
Press, analyst, and broadcast enquiries go to tumiso@sonofgraig.com. Please include your outlet, your deadline, the angle, and whether you are looking for a written quote, an interview, or background. We try to respond within one business day, with deadline-sensitive requests prioritised. Tumiso Graig is the founder spokesperson and is available for interviews on POPIA, enterprise AI in Africa, and the sonofgraig product strategy.
We're considering acquiring an AI vendor — can we talk?
Conversations of this nature go directly to the founder under NDA. Use tumiso@sonofgraig.com with the subject line "Strategic conversation" and a brief description. We will respond within one business day to set up an introductory call.
Do you accept bug bounty submissions?
Yes, through coordinated disclosure rather than a public bounty programme at this stage. Send the report to tumiso@sonofgraig.com with reproducible steps and impact analysis. Researchers acting in good faith are credited in our public security advisories where appropriate, and we do not pursue legal action against good-faith research that complies with our responsible disclosure policy. We will publish a formal bug bounty programme once the platform is generally available.
One last option
Read first, write later.

If you are still scoping the conversation, the sonofgraig Insights newsletter goes out weekly from Pretoria with technical guides on POPIA-compliant AI, RAG architecture, and what enterprise procurement actually wants. Written by Tumiso Graig — the founder, not a content team.
